FAQ's - Prelicensing Questions & Answers

1. How soon after I enroll can I start my online course?
You will receive an activation notice via email with login information immediately after your purchase. After receiving this notification, you may start your course.

2. What exactly do I receive when I enroll online?
After enrollment, you will receive an e-mail containing the link to access your course study materials. Your study materials include a training guide with course syllabus and outline of study for the line of insurance you have chosen. It is a complete, self-contained package designed to provide you with a broad overview of insurance concepts, state laws, and ethics in a manner that is easy to understand. You will also have access to Driller™, Examinator™ and our approved instructors.

3. How many times can I go through Driller™ after I enroll?
Driller™ will allow you to take the chapter quizzes an unlimited number of times during your course activation period. Note: You may not use Driller™ during the final exam, which you will take using Examinator™.

4. How many times can I take the Examinator™ final exam?
You have three (3) opportunities to meet the required minimum passing score for the Examinator™ final exam. If you fail to pass your final exam in 3 attempts, you will be required to restart your course. There is no extra charge for a restart. Once you pass your final exam, you will not be allowed to take the final exam again. If required by your state, you will receive your certificate of completion, which is the final step in completing your course requirements.

5. What if I have problems logging in after I pay for the course?
Send an email to We will attempt to resolve your login issue as quickly as possible, even if it is at night or on weekends.

6. Is there a time limit on the course?
While you may finish sooner, your course activation period is for 60 days.

7. If I enroll online, is my personal information safe?
Yes, is secured with 256 bit encryption. The information entered or viewed on our site is only decodable by your specific computer. Any personal information stored in our secure servers is used solely to communicate the status of your course with you. Please read our privacy statement for additional information.

8. If I do not have a credit card, how else can I pay?
Please call our toll free number, 1-877-516-8384. We can accept cash, money order or personal check. You can also pay with PayPal at the checkout screen.

9. How will I receive my certificate of completion when I have completed the course requirements?
For most states that require a certificate of completion, your certificate will be made available for you to print after you pass your final exam using Examinator™. There are a few states that require us to manually create your certificate. For those states, you will complete a student affidavit of completion which is available to you after your final exam. We will then email your certificate to you within 3 business days.
